Willard Library Ghost(s)?
This is a capture that I made earlier, this lady was alone.. I saw her in the library as well.. it is the figure behind her.. looks like the ghost of a woman in Victorian dress and hair..almost looks as if she is helping the woman down the stairs... very interesting.
Yes, the picture of the lady on the stairs is from the Willard library.. absolutely, if you can do a poll that would be great.. I did see the lady in the library, did not see anyone resembling the figure behind her, that was in the Library, and that is why I grabbed it right away...I monitor the Willard library all the time and got another capture but silly me had to circle it and caught it right in the face with the circle.. that was very eerie.. but once I sent it I couldn't undo it.....

I almost forgot this one... the head is cut off, ( Picture Above ), and was captured by someone else.. Notice the woman or man walking up the stairs doesn't seem to notice, he/she is not even looking in that direction.. very eerie..

I wasn't sure if that picture was a person or not, then I looked at the time they were submitted.. one at 7:45:57, the other at 7:46:41.. kind of a long time for someone standing in the same place.. credit goes to "SLO" and Angela S.
