We may ask you for certain, simple information for submissions, or if you should contact us, to be able to reply to your needs, concerns, or comments via e-mail.
Winter Steel is striving to be a resource on the Internet, and one of our goals is to be the best we can be.

If a child under the age of 13 should submit a Story, Poem, etc. - and we are made aware of your age, ( for that is not a requirement of our submission forms ), we will never use your last name, and neither is it required any address information beyond that of your City and State - which is also optional.
It is our pleasure to give you credit for your work submitted to us, by listing your first name, ( or nick-name ), age or grade, and the state where you live.
Children doing school reports that contact us, for information regarding a subject, that e-mail and contents are not posted on the site. Neither do we store e-mail address.
The only other information we may gather, yet contains no personal information, are Site Statistics. With this feature, we can monitor how many hits we may get on a daily basis, the link you came from which has us listed, your ISP, ( Internet Service Provider - Name ), which of our pages you visited, and the amount of time you spent on each page.
We use this information to be made aware of how good our site is doing, what information you may be searching for, if what we have is up to date, or needs additions to better the page - simply put, how we can make Winter Steel better for you!

*SUBMITTED ARTICLE, PICTURE, ETC.* Many of our Articles, Pictures, and Stories are viewer submissions, and we do not know where ALL articles, pictures, etc., may came from, if from whom submitted them - or not. ( We do take the time to check if needed be, through search engines, to verify if said article is repeated - pictures and/or images are harder to find the owners of ). If there should be an Article, Picture, etc., here and you are the owner, please CONTACT us with proof of ownership, and we'll be more than happy to credit/link and or remove said article, picture, etc.
