This happened about a year & a half ago maybe...I'm not sure.
Anyways before these experiences (I would like to call them
experimentations because i practiced the methods.)
I fell asleep in the middle of the day. I was tired because it was
a tiring day, so I wanted to take a one hour nap. I remember
setting the alarm clock so I won't oversleep.The time was 3:35 i
think and as I fell into sleep I watched myself or I should say I
stayed aware as much as possible as i fell asleep. I do not know
if this last sentence makes much sence but what happened next was
i woke up awake. I looked around and my environment was brighter,
meaning that it had more presence. This is the best way i can
explain it...

I looked around the room & everything was in it's place, my
dresser, the chair next to it that had a towel on it and
especially the alarm clock to my right. The thing that caught my
attention leading me to know for a fact that i was not having a
lucid dream, or a regular dream or even sleep paralysis, was just
based on the many books that i have read on o.o.b.e's that u will
know for a fact that u are not dreaming. I am experienced in
knowing when I am dreaming & this was for sure too real to be a
dream!

I decided to see if i could see & lift up my arm & sure enough it
did...my arm was very interesting looking (i will never forget it!)
I waved my arm back & forth & turned it over & brought it close to
my face, all that good stuff and it looked black, shadowy & filmy!
This was about the strangest experience I had! The accuracy of my
belongings in my room was uncanny! After playing around with my
hand my eye caught a ball of light, very small in size. I was just
looking at it... and it just zipped away. In an obe book I read,
it says that those balls of light flying aroud could be astral
lights or a spirit orb. I have no idea what it was. Maybe I should
take the book's word for it huh? LOL:)

This obe experience was my fourth or fifth, i am not exactly sure.
I was still learning how to take my first steps out of my body.
The furthest I have gone was bringing my torso out or should I say
spirit torso. Let me just tell the reader that before I had this
experiments out of my body I was skeptical about obe's. I would
not be able to do it without constantly trying the methods in the
book: Out of Body Experiences & how to have them. I forgot the
author's name but if you go to a bookstore u can find it by title
i'm sure. I am one of the luck ones that is able to have an out of
body experience as this book says because for some people it takes
weeks, months and others years! The writer of this book is
catholic and it is cool because i believe in god & there is the
obvious stereotypes about believing in god or religion and having
something that the church probably thinks of as weird or satanic
and etc.!
